SHIPPING & RETURNS
 

Shipping

All goods are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.

 

We will deliver the goods ordered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and someone is there to sign for and take delivery of the goods.​​

 

All orders will be delivered using Standard Delivery. Surface couriers such as DHL or FedEx are offered on request. Standard Delivery is complimentary.

 

Certain goods require special shipping arrangements. We are happy to assist you with such shipping arrangements before purchase. Please email info@tomkjustbe.com with any inquiries.

 

​All orders are subject to production and fulfilment lead times before they ship. Each good is estimated to be dispatched within the shipping window specified on its respective product page, and all shipping windows are measured from the next business day after an order is placed. Certain goods may have different shipping windows, and all shipping windows specified are estimates only.

 

We carry both made-to-order and in-stock goods. Made-to-order pieces ship within approximately 10 to 15 business days of purchase. In-stock pieces ship within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase.  While we aim to ship your order within the shipping window stated on the product page, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@tomkjustbe.com.

 

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched so that you can easily track your parcel.​

 

You may need to be present to sign for the goods so please bear this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work).

 

Please note that our prices do not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments, all of which are the customer's responsibility. Tom K Just be Absolut Jewellery is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees incurred in the country of destination.​​

 

If you place a single order for multiple goods with different shipping windows, your order will ship when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated shipping window of all items in your order.  If you prefer certain goods in your order to be shipped as they become available before your entire order is complete, please contact us at info@tomkjustbe.com to make special shipping arrangements.  Additional shipping fees will apply.

 

We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery.

 

​You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.​

 

Returns 

In general, items bought are not returnable. However, and within the European Union, you are statutorily entitled to return any item bought on tomkjustbe.com, for any reason, within 14 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund, less any postage/shipping charges.

 

We request that all items are returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn or used. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or discarding packaging.​

 

When returning items to us, we recommend that you use recorded delivery to ensure it is received. To return an item, please send it back to the following address:

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back by recorded delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion.

 

In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at info@tomkjustbe.com.

 

​Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Postage/shipping costs will be refunded on any faulty goods.

 

Where possible, items will be replaced on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and depending on stock availability.

Please note that made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

 

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

 

Once your order has been refunded, you will receive a notification email.

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
